Download server internal bug solved

After some digging I found out that by default server side script, used to prepare downloads, was serving wrong version the whole time.

Instead of getting version 0.1a-12 you were downloading 0.1a-9. I am terribly sorry about this. If you have free time please check out newest version of Sunflower.
