Release Notes: You can now export full reports (even automatically) and analyze caller behaviour on IVR trees. The agent's page was improved with better QA features and detailed call events. Handling of cloud hosting was improved. There are almost 100 distinct changes in the release.

Release Notes: This release sees the introduction of noticeable improvements and optimizations to QueueMetrics, offering broader usability and simplifying internal processes. It offers improved caching and memory efficiency, additional links to administrative tools from the QueueMetrics Home page, the introduction of the Agent Reports accessible directly from the agent Web page, and the possibility of defining different URLs for agent calls according to the call path.

    Release Notes: A rework of the real-time page allows for agent log-on, log-off, pause, and unpause from the Rt screen for administrators. This release improves installation of the AGAW module and adds an AGAW client for Chrome.

          Release Notes: When updating over yum, it is now possible to keep the license and properties. Full compatibility with Asterisk 1.8 was verified. A script was added to refresh view of DB tables, check AMI connections, and view configuration. The Agent Occupancy (AG09) Report was added.

              Release Notes: Many users used to complain that after switching to ADDMEMBER-style logins, it was not possible to keep agents separate from their extensions. Hotdesking solves this in an easy and efficient manner, and makes it all transparent if you use the Agent's page. To make implementing Hotdesking easier, the new User Manual has a section explaining all the details, and version 4.0 of the TrixBox/FreePBX tutorial using hotdesking has been released. Automatic language negotiation: QueueMetrics will automatically speak your preferred language.

                Release Notes: This version introduces the long-awaited AJAX real-time and wallboard pages. A number of bugs have been fixed as well.

                  Release Notes: This release improves security, fixing a bug that would allow unauthorized file access under certain conditions. It adds a new access logging architecture.
