iKeepActive

iKeepAtive is a fitness scheduling app, designed primarily to help users schedule their workouts and integrate with the system calendar to make sure you do them. The application also has Calories tracking, diet tracking, and daily portrait tracking. The user interface is presented in a simple, 5-view design. It also includes BMI, BMR, and TDEE calculators.

Release Notes: This release fixes the critical divide-by-zero crash introduced in 1.1.0, which occurred when there were no previously-completed activities. It also fixes the Activities Due window not showing up when iKeepActive was launched by calendar events when they were due.

Release Notes: The main highlight of the release is being able to put the application in recovery mode so that it won't count missed exercises against you if you’re sick or injured. Other new features are also available, including looking up the Calorie intake for your meals.

Release Notes: Adding iKeepActive Activity events to iCal was fixed so that it is compatible with Mac computers with any regional setting. A text label was added in the activity overlay when an instructional video is not available for the selected activity.
