Aspose.Email for Java is a Java component for reading and writing Microsoft Outlook MSG files without using Outlook. It can create and update MSG files, and retrieve properties such as subject, body, recipients, attachments, sender information, MAPI properties. It can be used with Web or desktop applications.

Release Notes: This release supports adding contacts, notes, tasks, calendar, and journal items to PST files in the same way as messages are added to PST. It fixes a number of bugs reported by customers and users, issues related to email conversion to other formats such as MHTML, saving images from a VCard, processing ICS files, creating PSTs with a large number of email messages, saving attachments from a message using stream, and some exceptions.


Release Notes: This release fixed issues with extracting messages from PSTs, loading large PSTs created with Aspose.Email in Outlook, and PST corruption based on adding SMIME message types.It also fixed display of Microsoft Word documents with embedded images on mobile platforms.


Release Notes: This month’s release includes an enhancement for creating draft appointment which can further be sent as a template to other users for quick use by opening these in the desired mail client, enables users to identify and extract embedded attachments (inline and icon) from RTF-formatted messages, and includes important bugfixes related to message extraction from PST, message conversion issues, and encoding issues.


Release Notes: With this release, PST contents can now be saved to a memory stream by enumerating MessageInfo or message Entry IDs. The API is more stable and has improved PST operations. Bugs in EML to MSG conversion, email TextBody handling, and some issues related to attachment extraction from calendar items were fixed.


Release Notes: This release addresses a number of important bugs related to PST operations that were observed while copying MapiMessages from one PST to another, during extraction of MapiCalendar items from a PST. Issues with recurrence rules of Appointment/Meeting objects have also been fixed. An Appointment file (.ics) loading issue, attachment file name corruption, and empty attachments when reading EML files were fixed.
