Kiwix 0.9 alpha6
Kiwix is an offline reader for Web contents based on the ZIM file format. It uses the Mozilla framework and integrates a full-text search engine. For example, this software allows you to read Wikipedia offline.

Multi-OTP 3.0.0
Multi-OTP is a PHP class that can be used to authenticate and manage OTP user tokens for strong two-factor authentication. It can create, update, and delete tokens to authenticate users with one time passwords (OTP). The users' data are stored in files. The class can also check the user token using several algorithms: Mobile OTP (MOTP), OATH/HOTP (RFC 4226), and OATH/TOTP HOTP Time Based (RFC 4226 extension). It works with compatible software tokens (iPhone, Android, PalmOS, Nokia, and other Java J2ME capable phones) and hardware tokens (such as Feitian, ZyXEL, Authenex, or Seamoon). The multiotp command line utility is also provided, both in "compiled" form (for Windows) and in source code (for Linux or educational purpose). The multiotp command line can be combined with FreeRADIUS (under Linux) or the free TekRADIUS LT (under Windows) in order to have a powerful radius strong authentication server.
Release Notes: Now it is possible to import PSKC Algorithm Profiles containing tokens definition for TOTP and HOTP algorithm. Thus, creating a user and attributing a token is easier. The multiotp-database-format flat file has been enhanced to version 3. Regular attributes are written attribute=value, and encrypted attributes are now written encrypted_attribute:=encrypted_value. In debug mode, the command line version now returns text information after the exit code.

Astaro Command Center (ACC) is an application for centralized management of Astaros gateway products. With ACC, network administrators can easily manage and control multiple Astaro devices. The two separated Web-Based GUIs (WebAdmin and Gateway Manager) enable the split of ACC-system administration and role-based Gateway monitoring and can be also implemented in existing Active Directory or eDirectory environments. ACC provides an effective overview that details the actual health of each device, swiftly allowing administrators to see which gateways require more attention or immediate action (by reason of e.g. threat level, license, or CPU/memory/disk usage). quIRC is a lightweight console-mode IRC client. It uses terminal escape sequences to provide a clean character-cell based interface, handling things like multiple channels and servers (using tabs), input line editing (with bash-like keystrokes), and backscroll.

GNU m4 1.4.15
GNU m4 is an implementation of the traditional Unix macro processor. It is mostly SVR4 compatible, although it has some extensions (for example, handling more than 9 positional parameters to macros). GNU m4 also has built-in functions for including files, running shell commands, doing arithmetic, etc. Autoconf needs GNU m4 for generating `configure' scripts, but not for running them.
Release Notes: A longstanding bug where the "format" builtin could crash on an invalid format string was fixed. Compilation against newer glibc and on AIX 7.1BETA was fixed. A number of portability improvements were inherited from gnulib.
