Download Website 19 Sep 17:59 Hilbert II 0.03.12

Screenshot

The goal of Hilbert II, which is in the tradition of Hilbert's program, is the creation of a system that enables a working mathematician to put theorems and proofs (in the formal language of predicate calculus) into it. These proofs are automatically verified by a proof checker. Because this system is not centrally administered and enables references to any location on the Internet, a world wide mathematical knowledge base could be built. It also contains information in "common mathematical language".

Avatar

Release Notes: A new about dialog that shows the system properties (they can also be copied into the clipboard). Warnings are now supported: LaTeX generation problems lead to warnings. The locations for LaTeX parsing problems are now precisely given. Proxy settings can now be done in the new designed preferences dialog. Uniqueness of class definition and identity operator definition is now checked. The LaTeX output for modules contains extra printed (\tt) QEDEQ references in clear text, so module authors can easily reference that node. The first pages of a new online help system are working.

Download Website 19 Sep 11:13 ashd 0.1

Screenshot

Ashd is an HTTP server that follows standard Unix philosophy for modularity. Instead of being a monolithic program with loadable modules, as most other HTTP servers seem to be, Ashd is simply a collection of much simpler programs, passing HTTP requests to each other using a simple protocol. The model also allows such handler programs to persist properly, so that, for example, session data can be kept in memory, connections to back-end services can be kept open, and so on.

Release Notes: This is the first public release.

The collection contains primarily non-transparent PNG images, mid-tones expanded and large shadow areas minimized (to prevent blocking-up) for inkjet print quality. It is suitable for documents as well as Web graphics, but also has business application. Its primary focus is for educational use (pictures of all US presidents, all country flags alphabetically listed, all US states, historical figures, a sign language alphabet, and a large American history section.)

Release Notes: This is primarily a maintenance release to update code to recent GTK/Python releases. A few UI tweaks were also made. Images the in clip-art collection are downloadable as separate zipped files. The entire collection has grown to about 1.6 GB, so distribution as an all-in-one package has become impracticable.

Download Website 19 Sep 11:05 ucommon 3.4.0

Screenshot

UCommon is a lightweight C++ library to facilitate using C++ design patterns even for very deeply embedded applications, such as for systems using uClibc along with POSIX threading support. For this reason, UCommon disables language features that consume memory or introduce runtime overhead. UCommon introduces some design patterns from Objective-C, such as reference counted objects, memory pools, and smart pointers. UCommon introduces some new concepts for handling of thread locking and synchronization.

Release Notes: This version refocuses on the mission of uCommon as a lightweight core runtime library for C++ focused on design patterns, threads, sockets, and security. Other libraries that were recently added have been detached, including ccscript4, which will become part of the next Bayonne release.

Download Website 19 Sep 10:58 Tera-WURFL 2.1.3

Screenshot

Tera-WURFL is a PHP class that can identify the capabilities of mobile devices using the standardized Wireless Universal Resource File (WURFL). This implementation uses the same methods as the stock PHP WURFL library, but significantly improves performance by storing the WURFL data in a database backend (currently only MySQL). You can use multiple patch files to override the capabilities in the WURFL file. Tera-WURFL is able to figure out if the client visiting your site is a wireless device or a desktop Web browser. Unlike other implementations of WURFL, Tera-WURFL includes an easy-to-use graphical user interface to allow you to update your WURFL file directly from the Internet, load the WURFL file, browse and clear the device cache, and more.

Release Notes: This version introduces a MongoDB database connector, better support for Microsoft SQL Server and higher performance in MySQL. Also in this version, there is a full-featured command line interface for administering your system from the shell or scripts.
